Besides taking up in-company training programmes, Top Rankers has an annual feature of organizing National Workshop, which is largely attended by the participants from the corporate world, both private as well as public sectors

One of the prominent features of the programme is the presentation of Top Rankers Excellence Awards at the time of inauguration to the senior professionals in the field of HR, Marketing and Finance and also an Achiever's Award in any field. The Awardees are screened and selected by a panel of selectors comprising of the top management echelons such as Chairmen, MDs and CEOs.
These awards are being presented in association with one of the leading Business Schools in the country. The awards comprise of a trophy, sponsored gifts/cash amount (if any).
